WMU Irish Feast & Fundraiser

The GFBC WMU cordially invited you to an Irish Feast & FUNdraiser! Join us for a joyful gathering around homecooked food, God's Pure Love and crockpots full of fun!  There will be entertainment and a game or 2, with prizes!

During the feast, there will be a silent auction with donations going to the WMU  Compassion Ministry Pure Water, Pure Love. ( Video link HERE ) This ministry is one GFBC has given to before.  Pure Water, Pure Love (PWPL) has a three-fold mission: to supply missionaries with water filters, to provide the people they serve with wells that offer clean water, and to supply missions teams with water filters for use on short-term missions trips. This past year they have  also funded huge water tanks in the US , one each in NC and in SC immediately after Hurricane Helene and one in Texas during a severe drought! This is God-gloriying work that we are thrilled to support! 

We are currently in the process of requesting items, services, "goodie baskets", art, etc for the silent auction! If you, or someone you know would be willing to donate a service, item, gift card, etc... please let Cary Parron know! (757-812-2885) If it's a business, we'd happliy give them credit during the event! Please dont wait!  We want to advertise these items as soon as we can!
